Try using the WiFi or the BT as close as possible to the WiFi router of BT device you want to pair with i.e. <10cm and check if the connections remain stable etc.

If they do it may be an antenna problem- loose or faulty, as both WiFi and BT use the same antenna.
Here's the ifixit [guide|154307] guide. The blue coax antenna can be seen in Steps.5 and 6 where it connects to the main and sub boards.
