This is a hard drive password - it's in the firmware. You aren't getting into that drive, most likely - it's cooked. Now that said, you can try and erase it in a USB drive dock and do an ATA Secure Erase which sometimes removes these passwords, but it doesn't always work out in the end; but 8/10 times, it will - except SEDs. SEDs are setup such they're FUBAR with this.
