I replaced the battery with an iFixit battery yesterday. At first it did not seem to charge, but I followed [guide|113252|these|new_window=true] instructions to reset the SMC, PRAM, and NVRAM, after it rebooted, it charged up fine.
I checked with Coconut battery, it showed 2 cycles, and 103% health when I went to bed. Per the iFixit calibration card, I left the MacBook on to drain the battery.
Today, the MacBook battery is indeed dead, but does not seem to charge. I left it plugged in for 4-5 hours, tried a different charger and cord. Using 100W charger, and a couple of different USBC cables. I tried resetting the SMC, PRAM, and NVRAM again, but I don't even get the startup chime.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
