Most Toshiba laptops put it under the RAM sticker, or somewhere near the RAM modules. What you will need to do is remove both RAM modules, jump the pins with a conductive item like tweezers and power the laptop on without the RAM and hold it for ~30 seconds-1 minute. Once you do that, let the pad go, shut the laptop down and then reinstall the RAM - this will clear the password out. ***Look for a pad called JCMOS.***
