There does appear a few of the solder pads are damaged, the movement of the camera in the video makes it very difficult to see if the T-CON board could still be used. But that’s not the hard part! The ribbon cable piece from the LCD is way harder to replace or even open to gain access.
Apple’s engineers didn’t design the displays LCD or the keyboard itself self as a replaceable part onto them selves. While we can using brut force snap off the plastic rivets hopefully not distorting the upper case to badly. The same can’t be said for the display with out leaving distracting marks on the shell and often within the screen area no matter how careful you are.
At best you might be able to salvage some components from this board to fix another. Don’t shoot the messenger here!
