Well I wasn’t sure what was going on which is why I needed to see the CoconutBattery output. In your case I’m suspecting one or two of the wires from the connector have become disconnected as the BMC logic within the battery is not getting power, hence why there is no data. sMC is working as it’s reporting the systems info. If the wires look OK you’ll need to exchange the battery out with a replacement.
