To properly clean the pan you need to remove it from the underside of the refrigerator.
To do this you need to empty the refrigerator (and freezer) and then disconnect the power to the refrigerator.

Next, move the refrigerator forward enough so that you can tilt it backwards at the top and lean it against the wall at the back of the refrigerator, so that you can access the pan from underneath, where it can be unclipped and removed. Place a protective cloth, towel etc between the fridge and the wall to prevent damage to either.
