The pressure relief valve is on top of the cylinder head per the drawing. Is the tank full , maybe it’s at max pressure that will stop the motor from running maybe a gauge is wrong try bleeding the tank with an air hose with a tool or air blower.

While plugged in if it’s at max pressure and you drop it down it should automatically start backup
