Maybe it would be smarter getting a replacement uppercase and bottom cover, doing the lid is a nightmare! As you’ll need to take it apart which is risky(unless you don’t do it).

For me I went with skins which adhere to the case parts and if I get bored with a given color or the skin is soiled or worn it’s easy enough to replace with a fresh skin.
