@alexandrehsf - The CoconutBattery snapshot tells us a lot!

First off we can see the batteries microcontroller is not working or unable to communicate with the SMC system within the main logic board. Note the error NaN and none of the voltage and other values are valid. Yet SMC is reporting the charger is connected but not applying power to the battery.

So I think it’s clear the battery is shot given the cycle count you reported.
