While cycle count is often used as a method of measure. It is not the only factor which effects the battery.
Sadly Apple doesn’t offer a good view on your battery’s health. I recommend using this gem of an App [link|https://www.coconut-flavour.com/coconutbattery/|CoconutBattery] take a snapshot of the Apps main window and post it here so we can see it. Then we can try to figure out what’s happening.

Well… This battery is so-so! While the cycle count is on the low side, the battery is not doing well given its health with 78% still left. Normally a battery with this few a number of cycles would be about 90~95%, as the battery is not being charged we can’t tell if the charging logic is working as intended.

I suspect this system is mostly AC powered most of the time and running some hard running stuff like rendering or game play or allowed to run low before charging again. Even still this battery should be in better shape only being three and a half years old.
Sadly, this battery will need replacing in the coming year. I would contact the iFixit store to see what they are willing to do to help you.
