Where did you source the SMC chip? The one you installed is looking for a 85Watt charger and/or the MagSafe cord connector & cable was replaced so the keying within it is not correct as Diags is telling you’ve connected a 45Watt which is the correct charger for an Air system but it thinks you’ve connected the wrong charger.
