SMC Issue or deeper issues? - How to fix?

crwdns2934249:0crwdne2934249:0:

So I have this ***MB Air A1466 2017*** that had an issue with an undetected battery, we traced it to 2 blown caps and a funny SMC, We have replaced the caps and the SMC (Correct parts ***LM4FS1AH***) and upon booting up the system was really sluggish and gave only ***ONE*** display resolution choice which was not the default (1275xXXX or something.... I thought an SMC / PRAM reset, using another ***GOOD Battery*** another ***45w charger*** and even a fresh install (12.7.5) might help correct things but it didn't help. I then ran an apple diagnostics and here is the result (please read carefully)

The tech guy spent ages checking voltages etc and will look again on Monday....Until then maybe someone can shed some light? @oldturkey03. Hilfe!
I stumbled upon this post which lists the same 2 error codes
[post|679936]
So I did a 're-connect everything' but nothing changed....very slow to boot and fan sounds like it is at full speed... Quoting @danj At this point your logic board has a problem with one of the sensors voltage sense lines. Seems likely.
