I recently broke and replaced the lid lock latch piece for my washer. Plugged it in and got all the way to where it tries to sense the load. It then stays in the sensing part of the cycle for a few minutes only to give me the error code f5e3.
I was able to find a video online with how to go through the diagnostics and I cleared the codes. Then did a factory reset after having no luck with the machine starting. That did not work either.
I then went through the settings and ran the tests for various parts. Water in with both temps, pump draining, ect. I found a section that would give me values of these parts. The lid lock and latch both had a value of 1. Unsure if that is a good number. Then found that the motor tachometer had a value of 0. Is this now the problem and does it relate to the error code? If so, any suggestions?
