Ouch! Sorry not to many ways to do this. I find a braided fishing line can be pulled under the battery with a bit of thinner is how I do it. Using picks or playing cards also work but they also need the thinner treatment as well.

Now the real issue is there enough adhesion with the repositioned battery to hold it down?
