This is an extremely common problem, especially on iPhone 11. The PRS0 sensor refers to the pressure sensor" which is on the [product|IF426-012|charge port flex cable]. So that's where I would start. It's especially common with liquid damage since it's on the bottom edge of the phone by the microphone grille, where water could get in.

Getting a high quality replacement cable is a must with these. Lower quality cables are likely to have the same issue.

I am going to assume that the flex cable that was replaced already was the power button cable since you mentioned the power button wasn't working? (Just making sure I mention things that haven't been tried already). But correct me if I'm wrong.
