@chrismurley - Ouch! This battery is no good. The NaN errors is due to a bad Microcontroller chip within the battery. Due to COVID chip availability was tight as some battery makers tried salvaging chips from dead batteries. The QC to check these reused chips was let’s say… not well done.

You need a new battery, you might try getting a replacement from where you bought it if they offer a warranty.
