Hi, in a Macbook Pro Retina 15" 2015 with DG, Catalina, the screen is flickering slowly in constant intervals. No damage or fall. Resetting NVRAM/PRAM didn't fix it. No difference when bending or pressing the display or the bottom case. No faults in hardware diagnostic testing. The only issue is that the battery is swollen and the indication of "needs repair" for the battery is on (will be replaced in the following days). Upon inside inspection, everything looks ok, display cable too.
When you move the mouse, the mouse freezes until the flickering is stopped and then freezes again in its interval. Sometimes the flickering stops but still you can see like the pixels have been "bigger" (not a smooth screen). Also, the external monitor works great.

Can you help please with what it may be? Is there any way to exclude the case of a fault display?
