Hi all,

I have a 16" MB Pro 2019 presented with a ***Battery is Not Charging*** error. I tried using my known good power adapter and used both the left/right side USB ports with the same results. I reset the SMC, but that didn't help.

The cycle count on this one shows 3..which is not a good sign. I installed Coconut Battery and will attach screenshots for your viewing pleasure. The current charge shows 0 mAh. Am I dealing with just a bad battery here or something more?
