I have a macbook air 2020 mod. a2179 intel i3. It doesn't turn on because the battery is dead, but when I try to recover the system connected to the power it won't let me, it works very slow but too slow. I enter the password for the wifi and it just loads. I can't get to disk utility. What could be the cause, could it be the battery problem, or board damage?
