One needs to think through the costs and one’s own skills limits. As the SoC area also got wet here I think you need to consider just replacing the logic board as the quickest and cheaper way.
Sure it’s possible someone who is talented might be able to get the logic board going. It may only last a short window of time if you need to recover files. Then there is the costs! Time is money too.
Now given amount of damage are you sure the rest of the system is still working? This damage maybe well hidden so while I would love you to get your system running there is a point one needs to make the hard choices.
