Identifying a near-CPU component in a 2019 MacBook air

crwdns2934249:0crwdne2934249:0:

I have a 2019 MacBook air brought into a local repair shop, who quoted over $1000 to fix it. The problem is apparently this component which has fallen off the motherboard- I brought it to a friend who is an electronics expert, and could not get it to flow, nor identify it. I was wondering if anyone here knows what this component (labeled "R47") could be? Attached are several images of the board, and it is a model A1932 13" MacBook Air.
