Those sensors are on different assemblies so in my opinion you're looking at replacing both the lightning port flex assembly (Prs0) and the flash/power button flex assembly (mic2). You'd definitely have to start with the charging port assembly, and since you're going to be in there anyway it doesn't make any sense not to replace the flash/power cable at the same time.

If you don't do them both, Murphy's law guarantees you'll have to go back in and do the other one.
