Without knowing much, I can tell you this: It's usually a matter of removing the bottom cover, but the "-wm" version usually only has one RAM slot unless they sport a decent processor like an i5; if you have a Pentium or i3, the board probably only has one RAM slot. While it's rare, it happens; some of these also use soldered RAM but that's not the case outside of known troublemakers like the HP Stream was, at least.
