Mac is alive, but dead.

crwdns2934249:0crwdne2934249:0:

-I can't figure this out for the life of me. This Mac was involved in a water spill and the keyboard was unresponsive with some keys. It was torn all the way down. Besides the keyboard, it was dry internally and it became a basket case after my buddy failed to repair the keyboard due to the rivets. Months later a top case was ordered and it was put back together. This is what it's doing. There is no screen, no Mac chime, and no touch bar. However, the keyboard functions (caps lock works), and If I triple-click the power button, text-to-speech comes on and the computer talks to me. One time as well I heard the plug-in chime when I plugged it in, but that's the last time I heard it. I have absolutely no clue where and what to look at. The symptoms are very odd. Yes, a lot of bolts are misplaced, and such but everything is there and together. Thanks for any help. A2338.
