Ok so I have a MacBook Air early 2015 A1466 running Monterey OS.
I had to replace the logic board as it had dodgy WiFi socket and EFI lock. After replacing it the keyboard and trackpad are now not detected, not working at all apart from power button.
I tried resetting PRAM and SMC with external keyboard but that made no difference. So I replaced the trackpad and cable as I was informed that was the problem. But that hasn’t worked either.
I ran diagnostics and it’s saying there is an error with keyboard, trackpad, power management and SMC. Would it be worth switching EFI chip and WiFi socket from new board onto the old one?
Does anyone have any idea how to fix coz I’m at a loss now and nothing I’ve found online has helped.
