Battery replacement problem, mac does not turn on after discharging

Hello i bought 2 batteries because old one stoped to work. I have such problem that mac turns on when i plug it in. After that i can unplug it and it will work on battery, but then after complete discharge it does not turn on after i plug it again. Generally it starts to turn on when i unlug battery from motherboard and plug it again. The same problem is when my battery is charged but i turn mac off. I can turn it on when i unplug battery from MO and then plug it to MO and plug mac to charger. Those two batteries work well. They have 1-3 cycles and good capacity. Everything works good, but it does not start after turning off or discharging :(
