Did you drop or bang the system, or place some thing heavy on top or shove a book/charger in the case which pressed on the lid?
If not then you might get Apple to replace it under warranty.

At least it’s not a difficult job, but you need to use a replacement directly from Apple as the display is serialized to your system so you can’t use just any display. [https://support.apple.com/self-service-repair|Apple Self Repair] warning it’s an expensive part!
