The phone does not recognize the battery, does not charge, and restarts. Tried a new charging port and a new battery. The phone recognizes when connecting the charging cable but the charging sign is not shown. Battery message of not genuine showing. Phone restarts every 5 min. Tried the little green board and pin #4 shows 0 rest of the pins show 0.370 ish. Hydra or Tigris ?
