When this happens and the file was stopped incorrectly, the file is usually a loss unless it has a failsafe that forces it. If it doesn't, it's probably a loss.

Put it on your computer and see if it's corrupted. If it is, you'll need to repair the file. If not, it had a failsafe.

When this happens, it's usually a filesystem corruption issue or a failsafe done by the Flip camcorder to protect the camera. More then likely the corrupted file causing the problem is a lost cause and won't ever be readable, but it may be possible to repair it if you really need it back.

Plug the camera into your computer and download the video as a precaution. Once that's done, scan the filesystem and see if there's a problem. If there is, it will be corrected if there isn't a problem with the flash memory.
Try right clicking and selecting "send to" desktop on a PC, or on a mac, "copy" and paste it on the desktop
