Dead Macintosh Classic M0420

I found in my cellar a Mac Classic M0420 (belonging to my dad).
I tried to restart it, but it won't give any sign of life.
-I disassembled it, and the different boards do not show any signs of damage (no capacitors or the battery leaking). It looks like something related to the power supply. Do you know how I could test the capacitors on the logic board without having to extract them?
