How to fix my power jack

-[image|2600645][image|2600647][image|2600646][image|2600644]I have tried to solder it back together but I am not sure if I have done it right can solder arc between it self as there is a small gap in the solder I did manage to turn it back on for a few seconds then it died then when I tried again there was a spark from the power jack
