Is a replacement display flex cable available anywhere?

My wife’s series 5 (17 months old) recently began having intermittent display black outs. The Apple repair cost is as much as a new watch so I decided to look around inside. There is corrosion on the flex cable where it moves across the battery that I believe is the only issue. I would like to replace the battery (I assume a leak/failure caused corrosion) and the display flex cable but I can’t locate the cable. [br]

Any ideas on where a replacement flex cable might be found? Thank you.
