Lose screw on my dell xps

Hi, I currently have a loose screw on my Dell XPS on the  bottom left corner. I can’t understand how that may have happened but am looking into fixing this. Does anyone know where I can buy the screw socket and if I can even buy it? The laptop works fine but when lifting the lid, the keyboard slightly lifts on the left side and shows a little of the inside.

Any help would be much appreciated!
