The process should be the same as the 2019 model [guide|137596]. The OWC Blade SSD should also be compatible [product|IF174-064-4|Kit with 2 TB SSD]
I’ll be frank I haven’t upgraded the 2020 models, but I can’t see a reason why.
-***Update***: The iFixit guide is not physically correct as the images are from the 2019 guide. The process is the same, there is no HDD offering and depending on exact model you have the Flash storage is soldered to the logic board only the higher models offer a removable module.
