Well! Your system doesn’t have a battery (or TG Pro is not seeing it) This points to a to cable issue between the battery and the SMC control logic within the main logic board. There is a small ribbon data cable which I suspect is damaged or the connector is. Review Step 9 & 10 in this guide [https://www.ifixit.com/Guide/MacBook+Pro+13-Inch+Four+Thunderbolt+Ports+2020+Battery+Replacement/143618]. Note the little compression latch which needs to be lifted to release the cable and needs to be press back down (requires very little pressure for either direction) Double check the ribbon cable is properly secured and not damaged.
