***Your time is running out!***

Apple was shamed into offering an extended repair program for their failing keyboards [https://support.apple.com/keyboard-service-program-for-mac-notebooks|Keyboard Service Program for MacBook, MacBook Air, and MacBook Pro]

I would run to an Apple Store or authorized Apple reseller to get it fixed ASAP!

Keep in mind Apple only offered a short window of four years for this program so I hope you’re still covered. Even still press for a warranty exception using COVID as your reason not coming in sooner, shed a few tears with a face of despair, tugging at their heartstrings.
The program covers eligible MacBook, MacBook Air, and MacBook Pro models for 4 years after the first retail sale of the unit.
If Apple won’t fix your system is not going to be cheap and its a bit of work as you really need to replace the entire uppercase! [https://www.thebookyard.com/parts-retina-macbook-pro-15.php?cPath=39_938_481&sort=2a&filter_id=9|15” MacBook Pro Uppercase assembly (16/17) listing]
