Sadly, even though the SSD is removable there is no case available for this custom SSD. The best you can do is find someone with either a 2016 or 2017 Fn system which you can slide your SSD into to then offload your stuff.

Some Mac independent shops offer this service in the bigger cities.

Otherwise look for a used system or replace your systems logic board if that is workable.
