The integrated graphics engine within the CPU chip uses part of the systems RAM for video RAM so what you are seeing is the corruption of the video image within the video RAM space.
Basically your RAM has a problem so you’ll need to find someone with the needed tools and parts to replace the RAM chips or I would get a replacement logic board as being the quicker path [product|IF188-080-2] and here’s the guide [guide|10957]
