Why is it stuck in scrubbing mode

My debot is stuck in scrubbing mode. I don't have the pro scrubbing unit installed, but it still says it is installed. I have turned it off and on. Cleaned all the sensors I can see. Reset the app and vacuum.

How do we clean what ever sensor to fix this error?
