Most of the time when I see this the board was not working like the CPU could have failed. We can point you to the parts but I don’t think that would be the wisest direction. The best answer here is replacing the logic board

We can point you to the parts but I don’t think that would be the wisest direction. The best answer here is replacing the logic board. Then its a matter of finding one and then keep in mind this series only offered 4 GB of RAM so it will be somewhat limited.

I’m suspecting they stripped the parts and forgot they had, resetting it to you. I would return the system and get your money back.
