MP3 Player with bad port

- I have 2 of these. + I have 2 of these. (One went bad and I bought a second one which also went bad) Port went bad on both so I can’t charge or retrieve files. I disassembled both to gain direct access to the battery but am unsure how to proceed. (Unfortunately, these have a ton of files whose backups I have lost or I wouldn’t bother.)
