Mac Pro (Late 2013) has started to beep randomly

Hey!
Voice note of the beeping — https://vocaroo.com/1k90bTeObslm
My Mac Pro has started to beep randomly throughout the day, the order and time between the beeps are completely random, sometimes I won't hear them at all with a whole day sitting at my desk.
My first thought was it could be one of my external drives so I scanned them all with DriveDX, one of them was on it's way out so I've removed it but the beeping has still continued.
There's also a issue if I let my machine sleep for say longer than an hour it will kernal panic and have to be rebooted.
I use Amphetamine to keep it awake and there's no issues using it for work all day.

I ran a couple of test on Rember (GUI of Memtest) and couldn't see any errors, my only inkling is that it could be the RAM since that was 3rd Party and the crashing during sleep
Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!
