hi i got a officeJet 3831 which i rarely use all sudden it stopped feeding paper correctly.

it feeds the paper half way  at a angle . and just wont feed paper no more?

wondering if anyone could help me try fix it.

i tried cleaning the rollers ect checked make sure their nothing jammed wondering if anyone else had this issue.
