-So I saw a lot of people without any answers having the same problem: I have a 1.6ghz macbook air A1237, and apparently it kernel panicks with “Invalid Backlight Duty Cycle” in the log whenever I turn the brightness all the way up.

I was wondering if maybe the display wasn’t the right one, maybe one for the late 2008 put in a early 2008 enclosure? And what could I do to fix it?
I already know of the “Downgrade the kext” way but I’d rather fix it completely rather than hack it, thanks for the help!
