hello, my note 10 fell down but everything was alright until the battery run out and i plugged it in and i got the msg “Your phone's temperature is too low. Charging will continue when the temperature returns to normal"[br]

the phone still works fine while plugged in but wont charge past 1% i already checked the wireless charging card in the back and it seems ok
