I have the same problem with my MacBook Pro 2018, but it is not the actual display that is broken, it must be the video cards or software because it also happens to any external monitor I plug it into. So basically both the Mac display and the external monitors BOTH change colour at the same time and randomly throughout the day, even while just sitting on a desk. Its is very annoying and have no solution for this.
