UE Megaboom Speaker not fully charged after 8hrs

could someone please help identify the issue with my UE Megaboom speaker, it was left on charge overnight and the battery is still only at 80%. I’m using the charger that came with it. [br]

I’ve recently had issues with it not charging at all, but a couple of resets have solved this, however this issue of very slow charging is something new.
