Sorry to say Samsung does not offer schematics or board drawings of its SSD’s so without having another SSD to pull off the part to even measure it, I don’t know of any way to know what it was.
The best solution is to get a junker to steal the part from or just replace the SSD. Maybe a great time to get a larger drive.
You might try contacting Samsung as well if you really need to salvage the data. Or, contact [https://drivesaversdatarecovery.com|Drive Savers] to see if they can save it and the data. Just keep in mind this would be more expensive than just getting a new drive.
