Well, Not easily!
The problem is Apple sells either an iMac with the Foot or special order with a VESA mount. From 2012 onwards the 27” models are all this way.
-It’s only the new iMac Pro which has the older (yes, I did say older!) Design if the 2011 iMac 27” model which allows you to switch the foot out to a VESA mount on your own.

Now people have torn their systems completely apart to get to the hinge plate and swapped it out of the VESA version. I’ll warn you It’s a lot of work! As you need to take the logic board fully out. Once you’ve gone to all of this trouble you won’t be able to then install the foot without reversing the process.
The tricky part is finding the parts ;-{
